This is to no one in particular since every one of us can experience

anger. From Amma Awaken Children Volume IV

"Anger is like an infected wound. When somebody touches it, you feel

the pain. And if the touch is hard, pus and blood will come out,

creating more pain. Yes, anger is a deep, infected wound. It is a

disease and needs to be treated. It needs your compassion and loving

attention. Therefore, when someone gets angry, remember that he is a

sick person. Do not make him more sick; do not let more pus and

blood flow out of his wound. Do not make him experience more pain by

pressing and squeezing harder and harder. This means that we should

not return anger. By getting angry with a person who is angry with

us, we are not treating the wound, but making it bigger and deeper.

What an angry person needs is condolence. Take pity on him and

soothe his wound of anger. Children, Mother wants to remind you once

again that this is an opportunity. Mother knows very well that it is

quite natural to have conflicts and arguments when we are in a

group. None of you are Self Realized;therefore disagreements among

you can happen. But try to practice love and patience."

I am also reminded of Mother's words:

"Today's friend can become tomorrow's enemy. Today's enemy can

become tomorrow's friend. So treat everyone with equanimity. Treat

everyone the same."

i hope this is somehow helpful to our group.
