Guest guest
Jagged crevice of memory Quiet and turned upon itself Like a dog amusingly chasing it's tail Weaves in and out of my vision, I trip over his bare belly Like a ballerina dying on stage gracefully though Beauty never dies, it just changes Shape and shadow, Bleeds down into the precipice and turns to ruby Glistening under the sun of one thousand deaths One thousand eyes and one million glances into the same soul Endlessly wearing away at it's own vasanas. She said," Your greatest equation is the most simple ever thought Your greatest love is only a taste of what love is And true beauty will blind you, For it is foreign and few. Watch, the curtain of your mind is closed the play goes on behind it I am waiting there; I am watching you look for me But you cannot see me, for the curtain is heavy and dark I beckon to you from my nothingness, from my all Come, for life goes on inside me and I live within myself Come, for life goes on outside me and I am everywhere." She told me I am love An obtuse idea to wrap my busy heart around like grappling with the spill of memory when age has worn it slippery and quick Help, me mother I sometimes seem incapable of grasping anything other than my unwavering all consuming and sometimes tortured love for you She has birthed us from her thought and breath She has birthed us from her birth and death What am I then, but energy of her flailing around convinced it is something seperate and trying desperately to find the very home I sit in? Oh Mother, please remove this veil of perpetual maya for it has pulled up a chair and made itself far too comfortable. ~Ananthasree
