Guest guest
Namah Shivayah, I am just wondering why time is being wasted bickering and fighting on this list? Not only is it disappointing, but it is boring as well. Can't this be done off-list? Amma's grace and love is all over this online satsang, and this fighting and picking like hens at the faults of others is like a brawl breaking out while we are waiting in the darshan line. It's like a car crashing through your living room wall while you are offering devotions to Amma. Need I come up with more analogies? I don't think I am speaking for only myself when I say how I have been avoiding this list for months for this reason. Wheras, in the past, I would check this list sometimes 3 times a day for a glimpse of Mothers love...now I find myself tensing up as I scroll through the list of first sentences...and every other sentence is laced with sarcasm or a sense of absolute righteousness. If I wanted to hear this kind of banter, I could turn on the News or go to any number of online forums reserved for those who enjoy debate or enjoy hearing themselves type.... Truly, I would love to hear how Mother touched your heart today, or graced the life of someone you love. Mostly, I would love to hear how you saw her spirit reflected in the eyes of a stranger, how your day today was touched by her grace, how you touched another person through her.....how you remembered your first darshan today and cried....how you fought with your Guru today, fell at the feet of your Guru today....learned something about yourself today....filled your empty space today....realized your perfections and imperfections today.....some humility, some open wings, some honesty, some creativity, some beauty, some love. Mostly, I think I am just looking for the heart of this Satsang again. Honestly, it has been displaying the side of our humanity that I try to avoid in my daily life (ego-throwing, gossiping, back-stabbing, picking, etc)... ~*~*~*~*May we all feel her love washing every other petty thing away~*~*~~* Jai Ma!
