Guest guest
I am surpised at people's threats to leave the list or appeals to sanity. If all of us were alike, and there was no conflict where is the growth. It's completely ok for Tom to post his insane messages but I don't know why someone should retreat away from it. You try to reason if not just ignore.
Guest guest
Dear Ravi: There is a Christian view I have run across using the query = What would Jesus do?" Would Amma ever say "insane messages" This is a flame. Our moderator must enjoy the excitement of verbal abuse in this Ammachi site. Why Would the moderator tolerate blatant disrespect toward Tom ie flaming. BTW Tom - if you are reading Ravi's comment directed to you how does it feel? Is their any enhancement toward your Sadhana in being exposed to language like insane. What do others reading this site benefit by such inflammatory language. The next time anyone hurls epithets here remember - What would Amma Do/Say. The no holds barred wide open insult zone here is quite insensitive to Amma's philosophy. Kevalji: Please tell us how this site differs from the Amma Free Zone site. If it has the same moderator guideling then inform them that they can close up shop. I don't know Tom too well, but he seems to have a holier-than-thou attitude, i.e. "I'm more bhakti than you, nyah nyah nyah!!" that almost invites flaming. I would rather just ignore and delete his messages than stoop to respond. > > Please tell us how this site differs from > the Amma Free Zone site. The Ammachi Free Speech Zone was established before I became a member of either list, apparently because the Ammachi list owner at that time deemed too many subjects to be taboo. > > If it has the same moderator > guideling then inform them that > they can close up shop. I am not the moderator of the Free Speech Zone. Whoever the moderator is, he/she is not doing a good job of keeping out the online dating and porn spammers. I can't stress enough that this group is not an official organ of the MA Center, MA Math, Amma Foundation of Canada, etc. We have absolutely no connection whatsoever to any of Amma's organizations. We are not bound to the directives of San Ramon or Amritapuri like the puppet states of the Warsaw Pact hanging on to every decree issuing from Moscow. Keval (Bring back the Evil Empire! Guest guest
I think there is no harmony without conflict. If we don't bring our conflict to the fore it just sits there and interferes with everything we do. We need to exacerbate it in order to move beyond it and we should be mature enough to do it gently. Amma herself seems to arouse conflict when she gives lectures, criticizing behaviors and silly patterns that don't work for us. The baghavad gita has much to say about conflict and suggests at points that the only failure in life is failure to fight. And having spent time in Amritapuri, I know there is no shortage of conflict there amongst the devotees, though many don't want to admit so. --- leokomor <leokomor wrote: > Dear Ravi: > > There is a Christian view I have run across > using the query = What would Jesus do?" > > Would Amma ever say "insane messages" > > This is a flame. > > Our moderator must enjoy the excitement > of verbal abuse in this Ammachi site. > Why Would the moderator tolerate blatant disrespect > toward Tom ie flaming. > > BTW Tom - if you are reading Ravi's comment > directed to you how does it feel? > > Is their any enhancement toward your Sadhana > in being exposed to language like insane. > What do others reading this site benefit > by such inflammatory language. > > The next time anyone hurls epithets > here remember - What would Amma Do/Say. > > The no holds barred wide open insult zone > here is quite insensitive to Amma's philosophy. > > Kevalji: > > Please tell us how this site differs from > the Amma Free Zone site. > > If it has the same moderator > guideling then inform them that > they can close up shop. > > Namah Shivaya, > > GeorgeSon > > > Ammachi, "Ravi Chivukula" > <ravichivukula > wrote: > > > > I am surpised at people's threats to leave the > list or appeals to > > sanity.
