Guest guest
Dear Borthers and Sisters, Om Namah Shivaya! I will not normally be sending out extra prayer requests once the prayer list for the week has been sent out. However, these are difficult times we live in, and sometimes life and it's unexpected traumas do not follow our time lines. I received a request for prayers from the Salt Lake City Utah Satsang Coordinator. It seems that a satsang member is in immediate need of prayers and assistance. Her name is Vickie Harker, and she is 66 years old. She was brutally beaten, robbed and had her car stolen after three masked intruders entered her house last weekend. She is now out of the hospital, but is in need of prayers for her physical and emotional healing and stability. May Our Mother's Grace flow through each and every wound, caressing Vickie's body, mind and soul, until maya's sting is no more than a distant dream, and Sweet Bliss is her only reality. May Love always light the way! Much Love and Peace in Her, Sanatani
Guest guest
I will certainly add Vicki to my prayers. I am about the same age. It is hard to understand why people feel it is necessary to attack someone in their own home. It is even harder to understand when that person is one of Amma's Children and a member of a satsang. I was raped when I was in Nepal on pilgrimage. I was probably in the purest state of my entire life... full of bliss and peace... and out of nowhere came the attack. The good thing is that if you are in a state of purity at the time of abuse, the healing comes much faster. May our dear Mother shower her with blessings and healing.
