Dear Mikki ~ I think I missed a digest, so let me say to Val, I too am sorry

for your pain.

I don't know if it is physical or emotional or both, but I understand as I

have an illness that is characterized by chronic pain. Mikki, a good way to

include your family would be to request that they be added to the prayer list.

I will be sending out the request for names for this week's prayer list

today, so it will appear in the next digest. In this way, you can request the

prayers for whatever you want, e.g., "my family (for spiritual support and

openness)," or whatever wording seems right for you. To learn more about how

the

prayer list works, go to the files section on our page. The 9th folder

on the page says "Prayer List Information," and this is where you will find

info on how the prayer list works. Here is the link:

This way you can include your family without distressing them. A while back

there was a discussion in the digest about this topic, you may want to go back

through the posts (about a month) and check out what people had to say about

this topic. Jai Ma ~ Linda
