Dear jmcs ~ reading this somehow made me feel sad. I will not scream heresy

at you.

I have no negative feelings about someone having been a devotee of Ammachi,

and then going through a spiritual experience and change, and becoming

Christian.

 

What I do find myself scratching my head over is why you wish to remain part

of the group when by your own words and heart, Jesus is above Amma. This

would not be Amma's own teaching (that one Great Soul is above another), and I

believe that most of her devotees feel the same. If you truly believe that

Jesus is above Amma, then why waste your time on a digest that exists expressly

for the purpose of sharing experiences of and devotion to Amma? This seems

very inappropriate to me, and if it were a chat room, you could get "booted"

for

"thumping."

 

And your words, "yet still I assure you that the ultimate "Name above all

above great Kali Shakti Amma..." seemed not only disrespectful, but even

somewhat sarcastic. Is this necessary? You must know that it is highly unlikely

that you will "convert" anyone who is a member of this digest.

Initially, when you shared your bolt of lightening with us, it seemed you

still had respect for Amma. Now I feel that is gone. Amma would accept you

anyway, just as I believe Jesus accepts me. These beings have bigger

perspectives

than we do. And I believe we should be very careful about what we state in
