Amma on Christ

How is anyone capable of knowing who is or was the greatest (except, of

course, Muhammad Ali)? Would Christ have claimed that he was the greatest?

Would Amma claim it? I doubt it. Anyone who needs to bolster their ego by

making such claims should study astronomy. We live on a speck of dust in a

vast dust storm that is but one of billions of similar dust storms.

Consciousness pervades and comprises it all. Individuals are only great

insofar as they realize that, and then they are nothing.
