Guest guest
Kapha types ("water types") in Ayurvedic diet are supposed to eat warm, dry foods as opposed to warm moist food. But all foods for all types, Kapha, Pitta and Vata- are usually recommended as cooked or warm. Vata requires warm moist food to help them be more "grounded" (since this one is "air"). I cannot recall the Pitta diet but spicy food is not good for those with Pitta nature as it increases heat. They probably need cool. Being Pitta natured, I know this one. We are usually a combination of any of these doshas. I"m sure others know far more than I do about the subject but it is one that interests me.
