Guest guest
I once asked a friend who is a long-time Ayurvedic practitioner and teacher about this. >From what she said, it sounds like Ayurveda wouldn't really advocate an entirely or mostly raw diet for anyone, but in general kaphas can consume more raw foods than others (I can't remember what she said about pitta, but do recall that vatas should not eat too much raw food). It's hard to speak more than generally, since everyone's constitution is different and it's not just a question of one's primary dosha, but also other doshas that may be provoked at any given point in time, seasons/climate, etc. Namah Sivayah, Iswari Ammachi, Max Dashu <maxdashu@l...> wrote: > > This has been my experience as well.
