This has been my experience as well. A lot depends on constitutional

type, some do better with raw, others it is not helpful. The dosha

tends to cravings of that which it has in excess already. Thus pitta

folk want hot spices, skinny vatas are drawn to raw food, or skipping

meals, but not the best thing for them, in many cases. It could be

good for kapha and pitta folk...
