Guest guest
Om Namah Shivaya, Not too long after I first met Amma, as many us, I was absolutely mesmerized by watching Her. The thought was developing in my mind, "You're so beautiful." But, I only got as far as, "You're so ...," when She looked straight into my eyes, & then my thoughts subsided into a temporary, large silence. This gives my busy mind solace, since I know that Amma can silence even my mind. With such a wonderful Guru, there is hope that my mind will progress towards silence, as it never would on it's own accord. I've been meditating regularly, at least twice a day, since 1968, and I feel that I have glimpsed it in most meditations, sometimes clearly, sometimes less so. Most of the time in activity a "dimension" of "no mind" is evident. Most of the time, I clearly experience that while I am acting, there is no one acting. While things are happening, nothing is happening, etc. -- What are the most popular cars? Find out at Autos
