Dear querida,

I am so sad to hear about your mother's experience. I was raped when I

was 51 by a Tibetan rimpoche when I was in Nepal. I am fortunate in

that I was not wounded or damaged. Your mother must be an amazing

woman to have come through this experience so well. Please give her my

love.

this happened to my aunt when she was about 72 or 73 years old. she

lived in california at the time and it was actually about 20 years ago.

it was a teenager and he broke into her house and raped her. i remember

being so shocked as i was naive to think that something like that could

happen to an elder. now there is even more of this kind of trouble in

our world.

help us mother.
