Guest guest
Dear Linda, Trader Joe's has a good price on tea bags of Guyaki brand Yerba Mate. My local health food store has a nice chai flavor. Someone recommended mixing a bag of chai flavored yerba mate, with the not so flavorful bulk mate, then adding a bit of milk & honey. This tastes pretty good. I also have colitus, which may be part of why the shaman recommended it for me. The shaman also recommended accupuncture. Last Saturday, Dr. Wang gave me my first ever accupuncture session at the MA Center. It was wonderful! It felt as if Amma's energy was really working on me, & Dr. Wang gives the proceeds to Amma's charities. If any of you gets a chance to experience her treatments, either during one of Dr. Wang's monthly visits to the MA Center, or during Amma's tours, I highly recommend her. She's highly intuitive, & a friend has reported some pertty amazing results from her treatments. Dr. Wang told me that it removes past life emotions.
