Guest guest
Here is a link to recreational drugs, where Yerbe Mate was surprisingly on the list. Even though I don't believe everything on the net, this made Yerbe Mate look like a very healthy drink. It reportedly contains mateine, which isn't the same as caffeine. Yerbe Mate supposedly has many of caffeine's benefits, without it's deficits, in addiiton to some health advantages. One notable one, was the reported ability to help people acclimate to hot & humid conditions. This could be very helpful at Amritapuri. http://www.a1b2c3.com/drugs/ Photos Got holiday prints? Guest guest
I must point out that there is sufficient controversy over whether mateine and caffeine are the same. The Internet seems to have thousands of articles arguing both ways, so one doesn't know what to believe.
