Thanks Bela for sharing your wonderful story. It wonderful to know how we are

all so loved by the Divine...

I so appreciate all of you sharing and being able to read about our miracles

and sharing with you all. What a blessing this esatsang is for us...

I am currently working to become a shining being and cast asunder those

patterns I learned from being abused and abusing myself. It is hard work to

dispel all the hurt and pain and lies I have lived with so long. My teacher

recently wrote this and I thought it would nice to share with you all. It is

about working with the dark side and distinguishing between our own dark side

and what we have learned from outside ourselves that supports lies, guilt, shame

and hides the divine in each of us:

"There is always a layer of toxicity when one begins to uncover the darkness

inside - but beyond that toxicity is truth that was silenced - songs that were

not allowed, poems that were forgotten, paintings waiting to be painted - joy

waiting to be released. If we do not limit ourselves to the toxic aspect of

darkness, we will find treasures waiting for us in the dark - parts of our self

left behind - the lost children, if you will."
