Now THAT depressed me!..But it's SO funny now! ROTFL... Wow Adriane ~ I think you've got us all beat (not that that's what we're doing here). It is really funny, but almost unimaginable to me to comprehend that parents would think there was something wrong with their child for being too happy. I can think of times when life got really tough on my daughter, and I could hardly bear it. My happiest times were always when she was happy. But it's a great story, and good that you can look back and laugh about it. I think that is the ideal state of being, when we see and experience joy, not only in the present, but in the past as well.
