Dear Prasadini,

 

We have so much in common, and I bless you for sharing your experience. I'm

not sure I was aware you have Lyme disease. Some of the symptoms are similar

to Fibromyalgia, and one specialist I went to see tested me for Lyme, but I

didn't have it. I know it is very difficult, and

I am amazed that you are able to do the kind of work you do. The three

things you mention above are a wonderful recipe for peace of mind. I'm going to

put it in my cook book, and make sure I stir up a batch every day. Blessings ~
