Dear Prasadini, We have so much in common, and I bless you for sharing your experience. I'm not sure I was aware you have Lyme disease. Some of the symptoms are similar to Fibromyalgia, and one specialist I went to see tested me for Lyme, but I didn't have it. I know it is very difficult, and I am amazed that you are able to do the kind of work you do. The three things you mention above are a wonderful recipe for peace of mind. I'm going to put it in my cook book, and make sure I stir up a batch every day. Blessings ~ Linda
