Dearest brother Temba,

Thank you so much for what you've stated here. It really hit home with me.

I grew up with an abusive mother (physically and psychologically).

Although I couldn't see it at the time, it was one of the greatest learning

experiences I could have ever endured. Because of the way she treated me,

it made me the complete opposite when I had my daughter, and then my son.

I've never said anything degrading or demeaning to them... I've never so

much laid a finger on them, EVER. I'm not "Happy" that I was forced to

endure what I did with her, but since I can not change the past, nor can I

blame myself for another person's actions - it's easiest (and most

conducive) for me to look at it as a learning experience, a tool for gaining

knowledge in some area of my life.

I actually view all of the "trials and tribulations" in my life as learning

experiences. Not only does it help me to get through rough spots, but each

time, I've found out that I did, in fact, learn something.

Jai Ma...

RE: RE: RIP "Tookie"

we can still derive something positive out of something negative. As matter

of fact in the world of duality the two cannot exist without thee other.when

someone reacts in a negative way, there behavior is teaching us what not to

do,WHICH IS VERY POSITIVE.its all about PERCEPTION.whatever works for you is

loved by your brother,he just wanted to share with his sister another way to

see it.and he doesnt want his sister to be sad.
