Guest guest
Om Namah Shivaya For what it is worth, after reading this on our List about a prediction for Dec. 26th, I emailed a friend living at Amritapuri and asked for info about this. The friend I wrote to had not heard anything about this prediction for Dec. 26th, and could not confirm that Amma had said anything about events for Dec. 26th . It would be interesting to get futher confirmation that Amma has said something about events for this date. But whatever the case, our world is badly in need of God's Grace and our sincere prayers. It is noteworthy that Dec. 26th has been an unlucky date for the last 2 years. In both 2003 and 2004 disasters struck on Dec.26th. On Dec. 26th , 2003, about 31,000 deaths resulted from a magnitude 6.6 earthquake that struck Bam, Iran. ________________ On antother subject: The honorable Pres. of India, Dr.APJ Kalam is a very good man. When he became President of India he donated his first 10 months salary from that position to Amma, and asked Her to build a medical clinic to help the poor in his home town in Tamil Nadu. While in Cochin for AV 50, I found that he was a very popular man, even with the Christians who did not approve of Amma. Pres. Kalam worked himself up from selling on the streets of his home town, to now being known as rocket man, for his scientific achievments. Pres. Kalam visited Iceland on a state visit in August,2004. My fellow devotee Asa and I requested, and got a short personal interview with him. We presented him flowers and thanked him for being the good and noble man that he is, and for his participation in AV 50. He asked us if we were there and if we took the pledge, during his speech, where he requested all present to help those underpriviliged and in need. We answered, yes that we were there and took the pledge. After all of the official functions he had attended he looked tired, but he really brightened up as he understood that we had not requested an interview to ask him for anything, but just to say thank you to him. And he was very suprised that we knew about his financial donation of his salary for the medical clinic. He is not a devotee of Amma. He greatly respects Amma and the work She is doing. Wishing all my brothers and sisters on the List, Love, Light and Peace. In Amma's Love, sarama - Iceland
Guest guest
Namah Shivaya, Hello, I posted the information about December 26th and thought I'd share this with you. It came from a friend of ours who lives at Amritapuri and works at the hospital. I'm sorry I don't know anything else about it. It was the same information as before in increasing our prayers and spiritual practices. It's not a hoax. Amma told him and his wife come to Amritapuri to live and work this year. It is from a dependable source. He heard it from Amma. I hope this sheds some light on it. thanks, adriane Ammachi, "sara" <saramj33> wrote: > > Om Namah Shivaya > > For what it is worth, after reading this on our List about a > prediction for Dec. 26th, I emailed a friend living at Amritapuri and > asked for info about this.
