Dear God, please help us to forgive and forget the mistakes of others

including all our enemies

 

Dear God, please help us to surrender at Your Feet all our

frustrations, anger, jealousy, and selfishness

 

Dear God, please fill us with Your Love and Light with every

inhalation

 

Dear God, please help us to let go and relax, with every exhalation,

and become aware of Your Everpresent Peace and Silence

 

Dear God, please help us to feel Your Golden Healing Light vibrating

in every cell of our body

 

Thank You God !

Amma has mentioned that we should learn to relax at every moment no
