I brought up last week's praying list up to Amma last week on Thursday,

Nov. 17. The names were in a bag with other items to be blessed. Amma

lifted them up to her head. I also brought up this week's praying last on

Sunday, Nov. 20th, the first day of the retreat.

 

At the end of the bhajans in the programs I was able to attend, during the

arati, it was as if Amma were connecting deeply with all those who weren't

present. Very moving.

 

One time I had lost a Devi Bhava token, and was feeling very sad that I

would not be able to receive Amma's hug. As I was praying and feeling sad

in my chair, I looked down on the floor and found a token on the floor

(wasn't mine) and was able to go up to Amma after all. It just seemed to

come from out of thin air.

Dear Fe ~ thank you so much for sharing this with us, for taking the prayer

list to Amma to be blessed. We are so lucky to have Her personally bless the

prayer list and to know that She is blessing every single person on the list,

for whatever reason their names have been placed there. Just reading you

feeling that Amma was connecting deeply with those who weren't present, during

the arati, gave me an immediate sense of Her presence. And I love the story of
