Guest guest
Dear brothers and sisters in Amma, Before I give the usual tips and guidelines for sending names, I want to let everyone know that our Prayer Day, this Sunday, will be November 27, exactly one year from our first Prayer Group Sunday when we started this sadhana. Now, what do you think of that! I wanted to check to see when we started the group, because I knew we were coming up on the one year anniversary of the Prayer Group. I went back to the first little book that I kept names in, and sure enough the first prayer day was Sunday, November 27, 2004. I have no idea what to think of this synchronicity, but it gives me chills. Okay, now on with my usual prattle: You may start sending in names for this week's prayer list at any time, up until 1:00 pm (mountain time, US) on Friday. Please remember: * to state the amount of time you wish the person to be on the list (it can be anything from the current week only, two weeks, a month, or to the end of the current quarter (12/25) Please note that if no time length is specified for the person, they will be on the prayer list for the current week only * send prayer requests to my personal email: _Nierika_ (Nierika) and put Prayer Group in the subject line. Since I am always behind on my email, this will ensure your prayer request gets read because I look for these first. You may also post in the digest. * you may state the reason that prayer is being requested, in simplified form, to be included as a part of the prayer list (e.g., for healing, for proper discernment, for support, for peace, etc.). There is no reason too mundane to be included as part of the prayer list. * you may state the reason for your prayer request, but specify that it NOT be included as part of the prayer list. * also, please note, that, unless otherwise specified, names sent in to the prayer list will be put in alphabetical order within the list, either by first name (if no last name is given) or by last name. Again, thanks to all who are participating in the prayer seva ~ Linda

I would like to suggest, and again this is only a suggestion that people can do or not do, that we end with: Om Lokaah Samastaa Sukhinoh Bhavantu (May all Beings be Happy) and Shant Shanti Shanti
