Guest guest
Hello Fellow Devotees, I am wondering if there are any local Michigan devotees in our Satsang who can provide a room for myself and another lady devotee (She's a local Student from India). We both would need a room on the 24th and 25th. It would help reduce our expenses. If anyone can do that, that would be great. Contact me at my email a1driane also we need rides to and from the airport. Can anyone help us on that? We both come in on Thanksgiving. She leaves on Saturday due to work conflicts. I leave after Devi Bhava is over. thanks, in devotion to Amma, adriane
Guest guest
Hopefully, you'll be able to find rides (usually not a problem returning to the aiport after the programs, anyway), but if not, it's a very short distance from the airport to the program site (maybe 12 miles?), so if you have to take a taxi, it shouldn't cost much! Guest guest
Thanks Iswari. I do have some room reservations in the event a local home does not work out. But the cab fare is about $25-$30..! (Per the Ritz. I'm sure it will all work out. thanks again, adriane Ammachi, "ammasiswari" <ammasiswari> wrote: > > Hopefully, you'll be able to find rides (usually not a problem returning to the aiport after > the programs, anyway), but if not, it's a very short distance from the airport to the > program site (maybe 12 miles?), so if you have to take a taxi, it shouldn't cost much! > > Blessings, > Iswari > > Ammachi, "Adriane" <a1driane@s...> wrote: > > > > Hello Fellow Devotees, > > I am wondering if there are any local Michigan devotees in our Satsang > > who can provide a room for myself and another lady devotee (She's a > > local Student from India). Guest guest
Wow, that is crazy! To go that distance in NYC would only cost about $15. Good luck! Guest guest
Do you know also about the "Travel Exchange" hosted on the amma.org site? Folks coordinate rides and roomshares there as well. You could always keep your room and look for another two female roommates to share, and sometimes local devotees are offering their homestays as well. Good luck! http://www.amma.org/tours/travel-exchange/index.html
