He mentioned that Amma has taught us say the Lokaha mantra, which is unselfish, so I'm sure that's a good one. It seems to have a very good effect on the heart. Incidentally, I ask Sw. Dayamrita if Amma ever recommends that we chant archana 2x a day. He replied, "As many as you can..... not only 2x." A devotee asked Amma to make it so she would chant her mantra a certain number of times each day, & Amma reportedly told her that each breath should be a mantra. That's really something to aspire to.
