At home I sleep on a futon, 3 inches off the floor, so getting out of that hotel bed felt like falling off a cliff!! The lack of sunlight was a real drag because the weather during the 2003 retreat was very un-November like, around 65 degrees F and even pushing 70º... There wasn't really any place where you could go outside to enjoy it. I used to enjoy spotting different planes and airlines when I was a kid (back in the days of first-generation jets such as the DC8 and 707; can even remember DC7's and other prop planes) but even the plane-spotting wasn't too great. At DTW it seemed like the only airline was Northwest. Keval
