Two tiny black women meeting to change the world

Hello Bro & Sis,

In 1994 was told many had tried to get Oprah to come to see Amma during

Chicago programs......and I sent a letter expressing the benefits for

Oprah to meet Mother....

because of a show Oprah aired with the primary guest, a nine year old

pianist, whom, if I remember was world renounced...and she had tears in

her eyes, saying that his "focus" impressed her so much....and then she

went on to say, after interviewing this 9 year old, who mentioned

meditation/prayer, that she, Oprah should learn

meditation.................

 

I never received a written response....but I did receive what I believe

was an Amma response to my enthusiasm for Amma teaching Oprah

meditation and giving Oprah darshan....and the circumstance went

something like:

 

 

Long Time Devotee : " I had worked in Chicago for 12 years developing

programs for needy South side children....which was successful, and

supported by major Chicago corporations,etc."

 

Amritavarshini: " It had been a dream of mine to see the most powerful

tiny black woman in the West (Oprah) meet and combine forces with the

most effective tiny black woman from the East.....(we

chuckled...knowing I met Amma as a universal Mother and Oprah as a

media giant).

 

Long Time Devotee: "Yeah...that's not going to happen, I have had

repeated contact with her producers and Oprah has an inner circle

protecting her like a band of _____(noun implicating war time soldiers

who followed orders) surrounding her at all times.

 

so..my dream of two tiny black women changing the worlds inhumanity to

man....died ......until I saw the following email.

 

Now I know it is in Amma's hands.......then I had no clue.....and

still feel like I am only understanding........especially in the face

of disaster.

 

BTW, at the same time, I called customer service supervisor at Hershey,

and asked if they would donate kisses for Amma's tour in the midwest,

etc...and the response I got was "I don't think the bosses would have

any interest in providing kisses to a female guru from India", with a

most cocky attitude........

 

Oh for the passion of an innocent devotee........I was there and still

have to put a lid on my utopian dreams ......of having Mother in every

home in the world......followed visits to corporate board rooms and

governmental offices visits. She is plucking them one by one........

 

And I feel so happy to have been in her lap !!!

If your dreams came true my dear sister, of having Amma in every corporate

office and have every govt official hear of Her , then we would no longer have
