Guest guest
Nanam Shivaya Fellow Devotees, This will be my last post on this Avram thing. No one ever told Avram to leave. The request from me was that he refrain from inappropriate posts. Avram decided to leave when Keval scolded him about his post about how Amma's dark cloud prediction was not prescient because bad things happen every year...that during hurrucane katrina. When someone is making attempts on Amma's life, is it appropriate to send in a post about how the guru is dead and devotees are mad? I really don't get the hysteria about this. To me this is obviously inappropriate. I further do not think posts about ones political leanings are appropriate. Of course this will infuriate those people who are political. Usually very political people will just see their politics as "common sense" and not get it that they are discussing "opinions." There are places for those discussions, and satsang is not one of them. In my opinion Keval should be more discerning as a moderator. These type of topics would never come up in a land based satsang. I don't think devotional posts and seva posts are milk and honey and by implication, light weight. I think they are extremeley powerful, a prayer for a dark and angry world. As I have said this is my opinion. You are welcome to yours as well. Peace! Chris
