Dear Adriane ~ I too am so very glad your friend is safe. I had visited her website and found it very interesting. I'm also glad you put her note to you in your email. There are very few firsthand accounts like this one...mostly reporters putting a mic up to someone's mouth and asking something, and then not really giving the person enough time to respond. Does your friend's Pampered Chef business send things to other people who order them (like me, for example). If she does, could you give her website address again. Tara also mentions needing food and baby clothes, and I am assuming she means this in a general way. I am trying so hard to figure out something that we, as a satsang, can do together. I had to skip forward because I am so behind on the digests, due to the art fair, so I don't know how anyone responded to my idea of doing our own group auction. But if we could get specific information on what kinds of baby items are needed, sizes, and what kinds of foods, and there were a centralized place to send them (to Tara?) would that be something we as a group might consider. I'm assuming that Tara could get the items to someone locally who could distribute them. Oh, I am grabbing at every straw. Let me know what you think ~ Adriane, and the group.
