This is a good site if you're fortunate enough to have

a home, internet access, a computer, and power to run

it. But that is not the case for virtually all the

Katrina victims. How to they expect to reach missing

people by e-mail if cellphones don't even work?

Forget about 20th-century land lines. The entire 504

area code (greater New Orleans) is out of commission.

I will do it if you had not. They will contact authorities to pick

them up.

has located them.
