Guest guest
Namah Shivaya Is there any way we can, in a practical way (not that prayer is not practical) help the Katrina victims? Does it make sense to make a group collection or something? I was talking to a woman in the vets office today and she said that a co-worker and her husband were giving up things (she her Starbucks coffee, he his football something) to give money to the Red Cross. I was quite touched by that gesture. Any ideas? Jai Ma! Prasadini
Guest guest
Practical Ways To Help, 1) Give blood 2) Cash donations to the Salvation Army, local food banks, Red Cross 3) Take in survivors if you can. They have lost everything. 4) Open your hearts up to the victims. They are in shock, and need all the love you can give them. 5)Volunteer your time. 6) Pray for all the lost souls, and surviving families. 7)Most of all be patient. This is a huge diaster, and the relief effect is going to take time. Guest guest
Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the 1,000 Names??? An audio file would be best, but if not then just a list of the names would be fine. Your help is VERY MUCH appreciated.
