Guest guest
Namah shivaya More on the same- the attacker has been changing stories. He says he is an old time devotee but nobody in the ashram knows him. He said he was coming for darshan but everyone knows Amma doesnt give darshan during bhajans... But I dont want to go into all that. All I want to say is, I feel that a lot of the darkness of 2005 that Amma has seen, in Her crazy compassion, Amma has taken it upon Herself. I feel that Amma has taken up a lot of the negative Karma on Herself, causing things to happen against Her. A similar incident occurred during the second world war when Sri Aurobindo fell down and fractured a bone- even Sri Ramana( the day the germans shelled madras) fell down and broke his arm... Both later indicated that by doing so they had taken a lot of karma on themselves. That is what concerns me. That much of the darkness that we have created owing to our negativity, is now attacking Amma. She will gladly go to hell so that we can go to heaven- thats what Her 108 names says: "Para swaryapana swiya naraka praapti lipsave namaha" So it is time for us to pray. And purify our thoughts and start urgently giving ourselves in whatever way we can to God/ Amma / Truth. Let us hope that we as Amma devotees can start a wave of prayer and good thoughts and deeds that shall drive away the opposing wave of darkness. bala balakrishnan Shankar <balakrishnan_sh wrote: Dear All, I guess I may have offfended some of you by my anger against Amma's attacker etc.. well.. I am sorry if I have offended anyone, or sounded harsh- but I stick to my guns. There is some thing as "righteous indignation" and I feel the circumstances warrant it. In any case, Amma knows my heart. bala Sweta Mitzel <swetabc wrote: "People who have grown up with an alcoholic parent will recognize this conundrum. ...I believe that Amma is the only therapist who can really help me sort this out and I get enough opportunities to ask Her help." Dear Linda, This is one of the similarities from our childhood, that we share. You are right, Amma is the one & only therapist who can REALLY help. She's helped me with a problem stemming from my childhood, about which I cried out to God years ago & could not make even a dent in it. After meeting Amma, it came up around Her like crazy, then She partially re-enacted a traumatic scene right before my eyes, just before one Devi Bhava darshan. Since then, it's noticably lessened, so it's coming under my control. Amma must've then taken something from me ... karma? For me, this is nothing short of a miracle. I'll e-mail you off-list, with the personal details. If anyone else is struggling with baggage stemming from a traumatic childhood, & wants the details, please e-mail me off-list. So, real transformation can & does happen in our beloved Guru's presence. Thank You God! Sweta Mail - You care about security. So do we. Aum Amriteswarayai Namaha! Guest guest
Dear Bala, The way you say it...it has brought pain to my heart. To think that Amma has done this for us, and that we could possibly maybe start something GOOD is a really big thought to me. This is perhaps why Amma has told us to forget it and move on, because she is doing that for us... Wow. I have to really let this sink in, but I really am taking your words very seriously.
