Guest guest
My dear brother Arun, I have been silently admiring all your mails so far... but this mail is so beautiful and touching in its childlike faith that I had to reply saying "thanks" and "congrats" "Thanks" for this sweet mail showering nectar like love and devotion. "Congrats" for having this childlike faith. yes you are right.. what do we know about our Kali Ma there? Amma is beyond our minds and petty logic.. as if the Universal Wisdom that created this time and space bound non linear chaos can be understood by our silly linear thinking?... "Buddhikkum mele mevum Maheshi" as the bhajan says. Usually it has been our experience that Amma's words always come true at some level or another- this time in boston, Amma joked with me, said something. Then She said " I was only joking.. that is not true". To which I replied "Amma , even if you say something jokingly, that becomes the truth, no?" To which She laughed. thanks Arun. I hope that our other brother Arun in the hospital is recovering well. I was very sad to see the photo of the metal detector in the ashram..kali yuga .. what else, can I say? Today you must be enjoying Krishna Jayanthi there... do whisper a prayer for all of us who arent there. bala Arun Raj <jaimaa wrote: Namah Sivaya Avram! i appreciate that question. i used to question Amma this way when i was little kid. Thank you for the report. The Dutch boy appears to have had only a tiny bit of karma to work out. Once he burned off all of his negative karma (in his very short incarnation) he left the body and merged with the absolute. Amma said he attained so why should I doubt it. The parents with proper understanding could be happy for him. With Love, I hate to be controversial, but ever notice She says this about every devotee who dies? I am not sure if it is consolation or fact. --Avram Aum Amriteswarayai Namaha! Beliefs of hinduism Different religions beliefs Hinduism religion Ammachi Hinduism a.. Guest guest
Dear Arun: Thank you for the insightful observations below. It is best to have the faith you detail. The Rishis have thrown their arms up in dismay. What is the point of our mental gymnastics in postulating on the Indescribable. But to this son, Her word is supreme. In a nutshell I feel that there is nothing that Amma cannot do. Faulty human logic will not scrape the surface of Kali's leela.
