Dear Avram ~ you are not the only person who thought this. Even though

Amma's words to "her children" to remain calm and such inspired me, I wasn't

worried about Amma. Amma is in charge of Amma and everything that happens around

Her (and everywhere else too). If we think anything else, we are limiting Her,

and the Goddess cannot be limited. I know that, as with other mahatmas, when

Amma feels it is Her time to leave, She will do it. Until then, She will be

here, clustering Her children around Her like little chicks. And even the man

who made the attempt is one of Amma's children, which is why I was very

pleased that several people suggested putting him on the prayer list.

I was working on one of my songs for Amma today, "Amma, You're the Very

Heart of Me." And this verse reminds me of the gist of what you are saying,

although it is poetic in nature and not reportive.

Amma, You're the sun, the stars the moon.

You cast Your Light on everyone.

Whether it be morning, noon or night,

You're the One Who gives us sight.

And so She does and always has. She did not hate Her family for their

misunderstanding of Her nature or for the beatings She endured at their hands.

There is only Love in Amma's Heart. Jai Jai Ma ~ Linda
