While you are focusing on plots, conspiracy, and negativity, you are missing

Amma's message of unconditional love. Feel her arms around you, and let her

heal your heart, and release your anger over the event. Amma has moved on.

She continues to love everyone. Let her light and love shine through you.

Dear Carol ~ what a wonderful message to all of us, and in it the heart of

it several important truths... 1) the need to release anger. We can't let go

what we haven't recognized, and I am a perfect example of this, for just when I

feel I have let go my anger towards my abusive parents, another layer of the

onion peels, and there is a deeper level of hurt. I have always believed

that anger is what we cover up our pain with, like a bandaid. The pain is so

much harder to release, but release it we must, and the anger too. For each

one,

it is a very personal process. 2) let Amma's Light and Live shine through

us ... for ultimately, there is nothing more healing. Jai Ma ~ Linda

It seems that anger can be peeled back to reveal layers of other emotions that

it covers, such as hurt or fear. Then, when we face those underlying feelings,

asking God for help as needed, we seem to really start healing. Amma has said

(paraphrased) that when we feel angry, to ask ourselves where it's coming from.

"forgivness is the best antibiotic for anger"

- Amma.

i feel anger is more or less the pain from wounds within. go to that wound &

heal it with forgiveness & compassion. this is my anger management policy.
