Guest guest
Hi Linda, I think what matter most is that bhajans let us concentrate on Her. Its like we don't have to understand the computer but what we can use it to the best of our ability. Furthermore (I believe) listening to Amma's Golden Voice helps to purify our mind. Someone once wrote (forgive me if I remembered wrongly) that her husband was a "non-believer" of Amma, but when she brought home some bhajan tapes, the husband listened to them and immediately after that quitted smoking. Donn Don wrote: For me its bhajans, bhajans and more bhajans although most of the time I don't even know what are the meanings of the bhajans. Dear Don ~ same here. I am listening to Amma's bhajans online as I read the digest. In case anyone does not have the link to this wonderful site, here it is: _http://www.amma.de/webradio/playlist_wma/cgi-bin/playlist_en.cgi_ (http://www.amma.de/webradio/playlist_wma/cgi-bin/playlist_en.cgi) So far as understanding the bhajans, does anyone know if they are mostly in malayalam or sanskrit? Or mixed? Sometimes, I catch a word I do understand, and that always adds to my happiness. Jai Jai Ma ~ Linda Aum Amriteswarayai Namaha!
