I've seen him live twice in northern VA and the energy he creates with the audience is very uplifting and joyful. Something about his music and energy gives me the feeling that everyone in the audience is part of my extended and beloved family. I want to invite all of them home for veggie burgers, decaf chai and Amma videos! ( smile ) Dear Advait ~ isn't he though. He probably comes more to the DC area than to New Mexico. I only saw him here that one time, and before I left the DC area, I had never heard of him. I'd sure like to see him there and be invited over for veggie burgers, decaf chai and Amma videos. (smile) Jai Ma ~ Linda P.S. I lived in a variety of places when I was in the DC area. I lived in McLean, VA for a bit, and then in Arlington. When I was going to school, I lived in Richmond for awhile ~ sweet, old fashioned little city, at least when I was there. Where in northern VA do you live, if you don't mind my asking? Guest guest
Hi Linda, For a long time I've lived right off Rt. 1 just north of Ft. Belvoir. In early Oct (soon!) I'll be leaving for Amritapuri for a 6 month (maybe longer?) visit. If anyone has recommendations for a source of cheap tickets to India, feel free to email me on or off list. Jai Ma! -Advait PS: I grew up in Sandston not far from Richmond, VA, so I'm also very familiar with that area. I describe Richmond to my friends the way Ford Prefect described the Earth: "Mostly harmless." ( smile ) On 8/21/05, nierika <nierika wrote: > > > Dear Advait ~ P.S.
