Some difficult stuff came up for me when I first arrived, and part of me just wanted to get on the first plane home and go back to my regular life. Of course, I didn't do that...Even though there are hard things about being here...it's amazing!...I am completely mesmerized by the Arabian sea, which I like to watch from the balcony toward the front of my building at sunset. I remember reading about Amma having visions of [Devi? Krishna?] along the sea, and it's so easy to see. There's something deep and powerful there... Okay, off to help my friend do some stuff for the flea market, and then back to spend some time with Amma in the darshan hall... Dear Iswari ~ whenever you get a chance to read this, just know how glad I am for you. I can see you standing on the balcony watching the beautiful sea at sunset. The power of that ocean comes across even in pictures where Amma is sitting in front of it, or in some of the videos. I long to see it myself one day. I know you'll have lots more to tell us when you return (and have a chance to digest all your experiences). This child is loving for you to be there with our Mother.
