Dear ecjensen ~ well of course, I am sure you are correct. Perhaps only scholars of Sanskrit woud know the "correct" pronunciation. And then when you add the many dialects, the words themselves may even change. Hence, thanks again to Divine Mother for the disclaimers at the end of Chandi and Sri Lalita Sahasranamavali.
