I hope you have not totally given up being non-conventional. As an artist, I have always been unconventional, the proverbial "outsider," yet this does not detract an iota from my spiritual seeking or practice or choosing a guru. I truly believe that the guru, in our case, Amma, does not want us to become mindless robotic followers. She wants us to discover our true Self, which is Her, which is the Supreme.
