Guest guest
Om Namah Shivayah Amma does, indeed, show herself to us in different ways. I just experienced this about 10 minutes ago. I have an mp3 player that I listen to while I'm at work. It currently has over 2600 songs on it. I was finishing up my lunch hour and set the player to randomly play the tracks on my "devotion" playlist (200 tracks of all devotional songs, NOT just Amma songs either). I listened while I wrote a long and introspective journal entry (I keep an electronic diary). I wrote about being afraid of turning 30 in a month, of being afraid in general, how I want to grow past all of the difficulty that we've faced recently, and how I was not sure what to do to help myself get past it. I wrote it and went back to read over it, to make sure my spelling was correct. Just when I got to the part about not being sure how to change my life's path, my mp3 player "randomly" started playing the 108 Names of Amma track -- AT THE EXACT MOMENT! I smiled, kind of rolled my eyes, and said, "I hear you Ma!" and clicked the "next" button. What came up? The first of four tracks that I have of the Lalita Sahasranama (sung by the Bombay Sisters)!! "Random" mode? I think not! Okay! I hear you Maa!! Amme Sharanam With love, Erica
