And yes, I often think of what Amma went through as a child, and it lifts me up, but not being the Self-Realized Being that our Beloved Amma is, the tracks of the abuse are still written inside the cells and neurons of my body (one reason I can't have massage therapy ~ I get terrible flashbacks). I would be very grateful for any information you have to share. From my own experience, I know there is a lot we can learn on our own, with the right resources. Thank you very much for offering this.
