The power to accomplish everything good that is needed to be done. The power of blissful surrender to the orders of a dharmic king. The blissful confidence that comes from doing Guruseva. I felt that I had awakened from a dream and discovered my real identity, my identity in relationship to the Guru. These bhakti moods are so powefurful on an inner level. Isn't this where everything happens? Dear ckeniley ~ what a powerful story. I am no longer amazed at what people say they have experienced or seen because of Amma. But what an awakening, to see Her change into Hanuman and have all the realizations that you had about duty and surrender, etc. I think that these bhakti moods are like putting premium gas in our body car rather than regular. It quickly boosts us to another level of awareness and experience. I also cannot forget the many stories I have read, include the one I am reading now by Swami Paramatmananda, that show a lot of what may seem like work or action that prepares the ground for these realizations. Thank you so much for sharing this, and please consider putting it on the Amamschildren website, so others can benefit.
