Guest guest
Namah Shivaya Bro & Sisters, Knowing Savitri Bess, I would venture to say she does not belong to this group. Savitri was blessed by Mother to write her book....so, are we not questioning Mother. I even doubt that Savitri would feel the need to defend her book. Knowing the mission of the bookstore, and myself having pursued the protocol for creating and manufacturing a product for the bookstall, I know that Swamini Krishnamrita and and Mother discuss most all aquistions. The legal advisor for the MA Center, Steve, reviews potential legal issues as well, including contracts, trademarks & copywrites, etc. Obviously any work, whether book, CD, etc sold at Amma's bookstore is not only blessed by Mother, but sometimes requested by Mother directly to the devotee. As Jyotsna mentioned the train metaphor, seems like many of us are pacing the train with our own baggage, rather than focusing on the tracks ahead, with our minds on our mantras as Mother has voiced. My personal weakness is that I find myself looking at the tracks behind me. ONS, amritavarshini On Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at 02:11 PM, E.
