Chart conn. w/Amma (was: From the horse's mouth)

Namah Shivaya,

 

Last spring, Amma's astrologer, Prasanan, said that out of the 6 billion people

on the planet, many of people who are associated with Amma, have charts that

show a connection to Her chart. My question is when Prasanan started using

Sept. 27th. v.s. Oct.7th for Amma's birth date.

 

It really doesn't matter, since we're all obviously connected to Amma, anyhow.

In addition, as others have aply suggested, Amma can affect our astrological

karma.

i am one of those of whom you speak that has a strong synastry with the

Sept 27 1953 date...and that's one of the reasons i was so

upset....cause i had been believing for about 6 years that Amma's birth

date WAS the 27 Sept....and i had done quite a bit of work on seeing

how i am related to Her....i could see that there was a strong

connection...at least in my own deluded mind!!!

very good question...when DID Prasannan start to use whichever date

he does use...and why did he not communicate this with people....too

busy i guess...didn't think it was very important for most

people...which it isn't....only a few Jyotish nuts seem to care at

all...

LOL. Now even without looking at a chart(actually just by looking at

the person, the kind of questions they ask), one can tell if he/she is

a fervent Amma devotee(and thus has a strong connection with Amma),

skeptic or ambivalent first timer. Which is not to say that Prasannan

did not use any charts; I am curious as to what chart he used, when he

started using.

yes...i am very curious also about which chart and when...i suppose

we'll have to ask him if and when we see him..unless anyone on the list

has his email address and would like to chance writing to him to ask....

I am curious what you mean by this email.

 

People are saying that some people have a stronger connection to Amma

because of astrological chart? C'mon! We are all Amma's children,

equally connected to her. Our realization of this, of course, differs

due to many factors, but the fact remains. Isn't it Amma who reminds

us at nearly every program that we are all like gold ornaments --

still made of gold?

 

I understand that jyotish is important to many. I understand that it

has been a part of Indian culture for manymanymany years. However, I

would appreciate if someone would explain to me WHY Amma's chart is

so "important". I thought that we agreed that Amma is "beyond" all of

the jyotish predictions etc. With all due respect, it seems that you

are implying that only "strong" devotees are caring about this.

 

Please help me to understand.

Well I will concur you have a point(BTW I was not the one saying this).

But generally when people who have a strong affinity, this is seen in

the charts.. I think this was Prasannan's logic.

 

I could care less about Amma's chart.. but I think the fact of the

birthday switch has a meaning and this is what I am curious about - I

have a little theory for this, but I need to do a little bit more

investigation...
