Namaskarams... when i went to make Sri Ramakrsna's Chart i basically went to the double book of His biography, written by His disciple, Swami Saradananda, who was eventually a president of the Order (i believe)... it was called "Sri Ramakrsna the Great Master" if i remember right. That gave the birthdate in western calendar years and months (nicely transposed i guess by the Swamiji)... interestingly enough, that birthdata coincided very nicely and exactly with the Goravani Jyotish programs version that i have...i think i had to correct some little thing but otherwise it worked well...at least as far as ignorant me can tell...in the Saradananda book he said that Sri Ramakrsna was born just after dawn (or sunrise)...so i looked up WHEN that was and it seemed to work very well. anyways....who knows...that one might be off too given what Ardis is saying. However as far as i know Goravani was familiar with the Bengali calendar too, as he used to be a Vaisnava devotee in some part of Bengal (a devotee of ISKCON i think)...so his information might very well have been according to the Bengali calendar... in Amma's Love, and in Her Service, as ever, visvanathan
