I would like to humbly mention that Swamiji is a wonderful, learned and powerful person who is a spiritual giant in his own right. Certainly not anyone's "sidekick". Both Swami Satyananda Saraswati and Shree Maa are equally committed to sadhana and service to the world, and they are lovingly referred to as the Guru and the Goddess respectively and respectfully. Dear Nanda ~ Oh! How nice to see you here. : ) I appreciate your clarifying it. I know sidekick is a kind of colloquialism that can be viewed in different ways, including as funny, and for sure I would never mean to cast Swami in that light. But thank you for all that you wrote here, and Nanda is right, Swamiji is a great and dedicated guru in his own right. He is amazing to be around because of his enthusiastic energy about everything, but especially puja and homa. Anyone who has the privilege of seeing Shree Maa and Swami would certainlycount themselves doubly blessed. Hugs to Nanda ~ Linda
