Guest guest
i have taken to doing the lalita sahasranama each day as my major sadhana. thing is about halfway through (and i'm doing it with the cd), i start getting sleepy. a few times i have caught myself kind of nodding out. i think maybe it's the rhythm of the chanting that is lulling me to sleep. i am doing this in the morning. has anyone else run into this situation? any suggestions? -- Be Love, Egyirba (Berijoy) http://www.egyirba.net You can no more win a war than you can win an earthquake. ~ Jeannette Rankin (1880 - 1973)

Keep working at it sincerely; it gets better with each passing day, I promise. . Meanings are revealed with the passage of time (how? I don't know ... maybe time for you to buy the commentary on LS). When you know the meanings of all the names, you will realize that the LS is a story, and it's chanting should then become a meditation. Then, Egyirba, the roller-coaster bliss starts! Jai Ma! (P.S.: The bliss has not started for me yet, but I have been able to glimpse this road-map for now).
