Dear dana ~ it is common for a guru or a diety to have a special set of 108 names that describe their various attributes. The 108 names of Amma can be found in the Archana Book in Amma's Bookstore. I believe they are also in the files section of our page. In addition, there is a tradition of 1,000 names for a guru or diety, but I'm not sure where you would find Amma's. Perhaps someone else will know that one, or you can check the bookstore. Chanting the 108 names every day is a wonderful way of doing sadhana. You can chant it as often as you want. Or you could chant it once a week. You could chant it before doing the Sunday Prayer Group. In other words, however you want ... chanting Mother's Divine Names is a Grace-full action.
