Guest guest
Om Namah Shivaya, For two consecutive nights, I've had very fun dreams about Amma. Maybe they're just dreams, but they do seem to contain a valuable message. The first night, I was in a food tent, such as is set up in San Ramon during Amma's tour. Everyone, I believe including me, was chanting Om Amriteshwaryai Namah. While walking away from the group, a situiation that appeared dangerous was coming towards me. Suddenly, I felt that Amma puicked m up, & was flying me upwards & backwards though the air. The tent was high, so I was concerned about being injuered by ropes that supported it, but I wasn't hurt. The second dream was in an entirely different situation. But, agina, I'm pretty sure I was chanting the asme mantra, & again sensed Amma pulled me upwards & was flying me backwards. It felt so free & fun!!! In both dreams Amma was pulling me so fast, & last night evergreen trees & telephone lines just sailed by so quickly. Again, I was concerned that a tree might hurt me, but as I brushed by one, I barely felt it. To me, the dream seemed to be encouraging me to surrender, especially my ego, to Amma. I believe we will experience the same freedom of flying backwards with Amma pulling us along, when we just let go & trust Her. Guest guest
Namah Shivaya Sweta, What neat dreams! My impression while reading the first dream, was that Mother was removing you from harm. Always there taking care of you. Interesting also, that you weren't holding on to Her, She was holding on to you. Kind of like what she ways about the cat versus the monkey. That the Divine Mother carries us, that we clumsy, weak children don't have to worry about holding on to Her. How neat to go flying with Mother! Shes always got us! Jai Ma! Guest guest
These are my thoughts on your dream and reflect only my own suggestions on them. It doesn't imply that anything I have written is fact. I always feel compelled to answer to dreams on the list if they come out of the blue. I feel that Amma sends them to me. I hope you do not mind my comments Sweta. You have done so much in the past for me. I only want to return the favor for you. Perhaps bits and pieces speak to you or perhaps none. Take what you will. Tent - Temporary identity, attitude, belief. Impermanence, questionable foundation. (House represents - self) so tent is temporary identity. Food - Nourishment of physical, mental, emotional or spiritual self. Also "food for thought" or Ideas. Group - Uniting different aspects of self. Danger - Be alert, aware; feeling of impending change with no clarity. Flying - To dream you are flying means you are out of the body, freed from physical limitations. Rope - Kundalini power, or life force. Injured - stop and slow down Always go with your intuition. If you feel that it was a valuable message, then this is so. You were in a food tent, are you nourishing some physical, mental, emotional or spiritual part of your temporary self or temporary "aspect of yourself"? Do you have a questionable foundation on an attitude or belief? Are you walking away from uniting different aspects of the self? Are you feeling afraid to unite the aspects? If so blend them together and move forward. The danger might not be an actual "danger" per say but may be telling you to 'WAKE UP' pay attention! You may be in "danger" of a situation where you need to bring yourself together, or to clarify, your not getting the message. Or do you have some "new aspects" which are unfamiliar and may be fearful for you because it is new to you? Your Higher-Self or Self within is flying in all directions.... are you scattering your energy? Ideas? Attitudes? Beliefs? Are you concerned about your divine energy? Or some physical, mental or spiritual aspect of the Self? Meditation will intertwine and strengthen your physical, mental, and spiritual being. It is your "lifeline." The concern of being injured is telling you to SLOW DOWN! Regroup and redirect your life energy into creative thinking and positive self-expression. Second Dream Tree - Symbol of individual growth, development through life. Telephone - Communication Again it might be that you are scattering energy or some other aspect of yourself. Trees represent your individual growth. Your development through life. Roots are the foundation, trunk is backbone and strength, limbs are talents and abilities, opportunities for self-expression, leaves are the many manifestations of your gifts, the result of flowering or producing in the world. The tree is responsible only for its own growth. Just as you are. Pruning brings more light and healthier growth. A scrawny tree means that you are not recognizing your potential or self-worth. An old gnarled tree means storms of life have taken their toll; one has not learned from lessons or pruned the unneeded parts. An evergreen seems to be a great tree, they retain some or all of their foliage at all times, growing new leaves before the old ones fall away. You seem to retain all the gifts you learn and never drop ideas, talents, beliefs, etc. unless it no longer works for you. You appear to always be working for the greater good. You have a strong foundation and are deep rooted to your path in life. Telephone is communication, is someone trying to communicate with you, Amma perhaps? Higher-Self? Guidance is trying to communicate to you. Again you are concerned with being hurt and you are going fast, SLOW DOWN and listen to the message that Amma is trying to send you. It looks like it is about your spiritual growth. Perhaps you need to merge together some aspects of yourself or areas of your life. Try to slow down and look around you. P.S. A reoccurring dream means that the message is not getting across and these two seem to be very similar. Guest guest
Namah Shivayah I had a very beautiful dream about having Amma's darshan last weekend. I remember being in the hall, somewhere, and Amma waved me up to her and started speaking to me (in English, no less). Man oh man do I wish I could remember what she was saying! With love, Erica

Guest guest
"Tent - Temporary identity, attitude, belief. Impermanence, questionable foundation. (House represents - self) so tent is temporary identity." This is interesting, since during the 2nd. dream, I intuitively felt that Amma swooped me up from near a house. "Group - Uniting different aspects of self." And, the 2nd. dream also had a group of people "Danger - Be alert, aware; feeling of impending change with no clarity." Hmm. Also during the 2nd. dream, I was moving the groups' luggage to a place which seemed safer, so that no one would trip over it. "The concern of being injured is telling you to SLOW DOWN!" Once, someone even said that Amma was telling me to slow down! This tour I got so physically sick, that I had no real choice "but" to slow down. Sometimes it wouldn't have been safe for me to drive. You seem to have a real gift & I very much appreciate your insights. Thank you Robin! sweta
